Havant & Waterlooville Swimming Club is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all its members.
We believe that all children and young people have the right to be safe and happy. We are committed to creating a safe and positive environment for all our members.
Our Safeguarding Policy
Our Safeguarding Policy outlines our commitment to protecting children and young people. It includes procedures for:
- Recruitment and vetting of coaches and volunteers.
- Reporting and responding to concerns.
- Child protection training for all coaches and volunteers.
- Creating a positive and inclusive environment.
Safeguarding Officers:

We adhere to the guidance provided by Wavepower and Swim England to ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare.

Reporting Concerns:
